All the guitar repair work is performed in our shop. And our workshop is in a secure setting that does not include shoppers who are within range to the instruments. Other ways we guarantee your instrument’s safety include:

- Many local music stores bring the guitar repairs they can’t handle to us.
- Our facility is climate and humidity controlled at all times, so even lengthy stays here are not stressful to the instrument.
- Our shop carries adequate insurance coverage to keep your instruments protected and peace of mind for you during its stay with us.
- All of our repairs are guaranteed with 30 days on all repairs.
- We always back our repairs at TEGR. When you pick up, we encourage you to play test, but we also back up our repairs even after you leave. We give you a full 30 days to play it on your own time.
Remember that wood is hydroscopic and your instrument can move after you get it home (due to different humidity levels in your home). If it does, we always encourage you to bring it in anytime within that 30 days of pickup so we can adjust it for you. We are all musicians here and realize that we all have different playing styles and are after that perfect feel. We would prefer to do any adjustments for you, so you don’t throw any other measurements off.
